Friends of Jagaban (FOJ), a voluntary organisation founded by Olufemi Solola, that is made up of Nigerians from all walks of life both in Nigeria and in diaspora, who are determined to ensure that president Tinubu succeeds and his government is positively used to impact the lives of Nigerians, especially the youths, in all aspects of life, is organising a national football competition for Nigerian youths, both males and females between the ages of 16 and 30.
This national football competition competition will involve all the 774 local governments in Nigeria, and this is a unique opportunity for the various local governments in Nigeria to get their males and females youths to actively and meaningfully engage in the sporting activity that will give them excitement, purpose, national and international exposure.
According to Olufemi Solola, the founder of FOJ, the winning local government in each state will be given trophies and medals, and cash prizes of #5 million for first position, N2 million for second position and N1 million for third position respectively, while the winning states will get N20 million for first position, N10 million for second position and N5 million for third position.
Olufemi Solola enjoins the youths in each of the 774 local governments in Nigeria to pull themselves together in unity and pick fourteen players and two officials from among themselves, give the list of these players containing their full names and ages, and that of two officials, to their local government chairman to sign and stamp, and then email the signed and stamped list to jagabansfriends@gmail.com.
The closing date for list’s submission is September 30, 2023.
Olufemi Solola, the self styled Apostle of Integrity and Good Governance said, Tinubu’s presidency will be used to make Nigerians live well and prosper in all areas of human endeavours.
