LONDON– As the world celebrate Children’s day every May 27 of the year, parents have been advised to nurture and guide their children in the image and likeness of God.
This charge was given by the Residing Pastor of Victory Life Ministries International, Portsmouth, United Kingdom, Pastor Bisi Ige, today during a special children service and impartation service with the theme “When children pray”. According to Leviticus 6:13, Pastor Ige said to help children pray in order to fulfill their destiny.
According to him “No one is endowed with the spirit of intercessor remains the same. Anyone who knows God doesn’t remain the same.
Alta is not a designated area, it’s a place where prayers are moved. A place of communication is a place of Alta. It’s a place where fire are burning”. Pastor Ige added that “Luke 18:1. When you are not praying, you are fainting.
Anyone who is not praying, is failing. 1st Thessalonians 5:17, Pray without ceasing. Pray at all time, be addicted to prayer. You will see God moving in your life when you pray, goodness of God shows in all area. In Acts 6: 1-4. Any church without prayers and words have failed.
Why are children important to God. Gen 21: 16-17.When Child pray and adult pray , God hears the voice of the child, Psalm 8:1-2, Matthew 18:3-6.
Pastor stressed on the unique qualifications of children, they don’t lie, they are obedience, they have absolute trust, and they have humble heart, 1st Samuel 1:27-28, 1st Samuel 2:19-21, Pd .2 Obstacles to Prayers; Children prayers are powerful, John 14:14, what do you pray about, they should pray for God’s revelation for God’s plans for their lives. Pastor Ige finally pointed at four things to do when Praying, Adoration; by acknowledging who God is, Confession of sins, Thanksgiving for what God have done, Supplication by asking God what you desire.
