A Lagos State based Sports Club, Utility Sports FC has appointed the Chief Executive Officer of The Ville Media Consults, Publishers of The News Ville Online Newspaper, Mr Hakeem Adegbenro as the media manager of the team
In the appointment letter dated 2nd July, 2020 and signed by the President of the Sports Outfit, Mr Abiodun Lawal which indicates that the new media manager is now responsible for repositioning the team globally, especially post covid-19.
“Utility sports football club surulere Lagos hereby appoint Mr Hakeem Adegbenro as our media manager from today being 2nd of July 2020”
“We verily believed in the capacity of Mr Adegbenro in promoting grassroots football and the team players entirely”
“He shall henceforth be in charge of press release of the team programs and latest development as regards the promotion of the team”
“We are glad to have you on board and we believe your wealth of experience will benefit the team in the future” the appointment letter reads
Adegbenro, who was one of the founding player of the team in 1991 is a trained journalist of international repute, and have played and managed sports both home and abroad.
Widely travelled, the new media manager has plyed his trade in Europe, Asia and in Africa before returning home to set up a media outfit
The appointment takes immediate effect according to the President
