ABEOKUTA– The Olu of Imasayi-Yewa, Oba Lukman Adeleke Kuoye Ph.D will deliver a paper at the 3rd lecture series of the faculty of food and consumed sciences of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso in Oyo state.
The lecture, titled ‘Navigating Food Insecurity and Health: The Role of Social Workers in Supporting Nutritional Interventions’, is expected to be one of many lecture delivered by the monarch since his attainment of his Doctoral degree at the Lagos State University, Ojo.
The lecture which is slated for, Wednesday February 19, 2025 from 12pm, will be held at the University Hall, under Prof. E. A Akande, the Dean, Faculty of Food and Consumed Sciences as the Host, while the Vice Chancellor, Prof. R. O Rom Kalilu as the Chief Host.
Recall that Oba Kuoye in pursuit of academic excellence despite his traditional roles returned to the University walls of Lagos State University, Ojo where he bagged a doctorate degree from Social Works.
He has since his historic academic achievement been involved in trainings and retrainings of social workers and students in sustainable social and environmental impact.
