ABEOKUTA- The Ogun State government has commended the League Of Muslim School Proprietors Worldwide (LEAMPS) efforts in complimenting its educational policy, which has further assisted in navigating challenges faced in the sector.
The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology stated this at the 6th LEAMSP educational summit, held in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
The summit, with the theme, “Flourishing In Time Of Uncertainties”, Arigbabu note that the gathering is a reminder of the pivotal role education plays in shaping the brighter future, in an era marked by rapid technological advancement.
He appreciated the convener for creating a platform dedicated to training of professionals and fostering collaboration within the education sector.
“I want to appreciate the efforts of LEAMPS as you complement the efforts of the state government to move education forward.
” A groundbreaking initiative, digitalizing and revitalizing education across the state, leveraging technology through streamlined curriculum design enhanced school management and to optimized revenue and funding mechanisms, foster technology innovation and improved infrastructure development.
“One notable aspect of OGSERA is the commitment in exclusivity and partnership evident by the reasons introduction of the transfers into private schools and the integration of activities of the changed schools and the ministry though OGSERA platforms.
“This is a significance step forward of promoting collaboration between public and private educational institutions, ultimately enhancing quality and capability education for all’, he added
Meanwhile, the Chairman League of Muslim School Proprietors Worldwide, Ustadh Abdulazeez Ajibola in his remarks stress the need to engage in meaningful dialogue, share insights and forge partnership that will propel educational institutions forward in the country.
“This gathering serves as a beacon of light guiding us through the ever changing landscape of education, especially in times of uncertainties.
“In navigating these uncertain times, we are presented with two crucial sub-themes that demand our attention and innovative solutions: School Digitalization : Prospect and Challenges, and Scaling Strategies Towards Paucity of Teachers.
