CALABAR– The Ville Media Communications, the publishers of The News Ville, a one stop online media organisation Tuesday, felicitates with the Founder and CEO of Davandy Group, Chief (Dr.) Asuquo Ekpenyong on the occasion of his 73rd birthday.
According to a statement by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Media company, Mr Adegbenro Oladele, it reteraites the commitments of the celebrants to the development of Cross River State and Nigeria as a whole.
“Chief Ekpenyong, is one of the six Trustees of the National Association of Microfinance Banking and Finance and past President of the Calabar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
“He was also the Pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer; Cross River State owned Equity and Investment Company Ltd.
“Recall that during the thick period of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chief Ekpenyong donated N25million to fight the course and to assist in health service delivery to the nooks and crannies in Cross River State.
“Chief (Dr.) Asuquo Ekpenyong is the father of the Digital Cross River State Commissioner For Finance, Hon. Asuquo Ekpenyong Jnr.
