ABEOKUTA– Sweet Estate Unique Properties and Facility Management Limited today donated an operational Vehicle to the Management of Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Abeokuta.
Appreciating the Sweet Estate Management, the General Manager of NTA, Mrs Funmi Wakama said the story of the vehicle came as divinely orchestrated, adding that it also coincidence with the planning of the station anniversary.
In her words, “today’s event means a lot to us here in NTA, Abeokuta as it brings us closer to our vision of returning the station to her pride of place in the field of broadcasting”
“NTA, Abeokuta has been enjoying tremendous support from stakeholders. Barely, last week the Ogun-Osun River Basin drilled a 12 panel solar Pipe bore hole water and donated it to the station and it’s immediate environs”
“We are gather here today to receive yet another support in form of an operational vehicle donated to NTA, Abeokuta, a Toyota Camry donated by Sweet Estate Management”
She however appeal to other Corporate bodies to emulate the gesture of Sweet Estate Management to further assist the station in carrying out it services to the State
The Chairman, Sweet Estate Management, Chief Bidemi Falola in his remarks said he was endeared to the station by the selfless and humility of the station General Manager.
He further reteraites that people who have the means to assist any organization should endeavor to do so especially if it is within their means.
“I will like to state that, anything you think or you have the power to do in moving a place forward to another level, please do it” Chief Falola emphasized
The brief handing over ceremony was witness by the Ogun State Sector Commender, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Commander Umar Bashir
