ABEOKUTA– The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Ogunlowo has described how the command has used technology as tool for tackling insecurity in the state.
He stated that citizens participation, collaboration among other security agencies in intelligence gathering and sharing has further stem the tides of crime.
He therefore said a new security Application will be introduced, this improving residents participation in assisting security agencies in policing the state.
While acknowledging past administration in tackling insecurity in the state, Ogunlowo lauds the state governor, Dapo Abiodun provision of improve security gadgets for the command.
He therefore assured investors of a secure environment and appreciated the residents and other security agencies for their contributions to securing the state
