LAGOS– Utility Sports FC of Lagos have signed a sponsorship deal with Dream 2 Reality Sports and Entertainment to promote and nurture it’s young players to international standard.
Speaking The News Ville after the signing ceremony held in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dream2Reality, Akpoterabo Efe Isaac said the company is created to nurture and promote young talents, adding that it also offers sponsorship deals and intermediate services.
He noted that the reason behind the sponsorship deal with Utility Sports FC is to further assist the team in growing more talents, adding that with the deal, more talents will be taken off the streets.
In his words, ” The reason behind this platform is because so many young talents are there on the street without sponsors and they are wasting away.
“This organisation is created to reach out to those talents on the street.
“So, we are partnering with Utility Sports FC so that we can offer them good training kits, footballs, and allow them participate in so many scouting programs across the country by providing them with financial assistance.
“We hope to see Utility Sport FC play in Nigeria Premier League in few years.
Our target is to make sure that about 10 to 15 players of Utility Sports FC play in top league in Europe in few years from now, and I believe by God’s Grace, we can make that happen.
“So, I believe the partnership between us and Utility Sports FC will yeild good result and at the end, we will all be happy about what we did today”
An elated Manager of Utility Sports FC, Mr Abiodun Lawal thank the company for coming to the aid of the young talents who he has singlehandedly financed over the years without any assistance
He reteraited that with sponsorship deals like this, the boys can concentrate more on their fitness without any financial constraints
“It is a sigh of relief to the team, and it will help the team in positioning the team among the elite sides in Lagos and Nigeria as a whole
“We have been waiting for this long time ago and it will address the issue of No sponsors and No funds for Utility Sports FC
“The partnership will have a meaningful impact on the boys because they now have who can take care of their football needs and sponsor them to the highest levels of their football
“I believe it is a partnership that has come to stay forever” he posited
