IPOKIA– A leading candidate to the Onipokia stool in Ipokia local Government area of Ogun state, from the Iwaye Dodo ruling house, Prince Akeem Bankole has admonished all Muslim faithfuls not to make purity and closeness to God a monthly or yearly event.
Prince Akeem stated this during during the special iftar he organized for the Muslim faithfuls in the ancient town, adding that Muslim faithfuls should always strive to do good, be truthful and shun any form of dishonesty.
He also advised that all patriotic sons and daughters of ipokia community should continue to commune with God to give the town the much peace and progress it richly desires.
“The darkest part of the night is near the dawn” and ” after darkness will be an everlasting light”, he added
He therefore expressed hope that the judiciary will right the wrong concerning the Onipokia stool in a way every one will be pleased
He then congratulate the Muslims for the grace of Ramadan 2021 and wish them many more in good health and progress.
