IKOM– The Executive Chairman of Ikom Local Government Area, in Cross River State, Hon. Pst. [Mrs] Mercy Nsor, has announce the appointment and Inauguration of newly appointed Supervisors, marking a significant milestone in the Council’s commitment to effective governance and community development.
This was contained in a press statement issued by her Chief Press Secretary, Ntemoyuk Christopher Ntemoyuk and made available to The News Ville.
According to the CPS, the Inauguration will be held at the council’s Hall in Ikom, by 10am, on Friday.
He however advised that all invitees should be seated before the arrival of the Executive Chairman and the Vice Chairman.
“The Inauguration Ceremony will be attended by Distinguished Guests, including Special Assistants, Traditional Leaders, Religious Leaders, Council Staff, and Stakeholders.
“The Newly Appointed Supervisors Include Secretary Of Council – Hon. Edo Owan, Special Adviser To The Chairman On Peace and Security – Hon. Agbor Agbor Esija, and the Legal Adviser – Barr. Ekum Gift Atiemanie
Others include, the Supervisor For Works – Mr. Ogar Ogar Enagu, Supervisor For Education – Mr Agbor Eyaghanjom, Supervisor For Agriculture – Mr. Tatey Elvis Ekom, Supervisor For Health – Mr. Goddian Ngban, Supervisor For Finance – Kyrian Agbor, Supervisor For Environment – Mr. Osim Nkwam and the Supervisor For Budget, Planning, and Due Process – Mr. Oliver Bassey
“The newly appointed Supervisors are to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their respective portfolios and must be committed to working tirelessly to improve the lives of citizens in Ikom Local Government Area”, the statement reads
