ABEOKUTA– The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship candidate for Ijebu Ode Local Government area, Hon. Dare Alebiosu has stated that his experience as former vice chairman of the council will come in handy, if elected as chairman at the November 16 polls.
Dre, as fondly called made this known while speaking with newsmen after undergoing his screening exercise at the Ogun state independent electoral Commission headquarters in Abeokuta, the Ogun state Capital on Thursday.
He added that the seamless screening exercise by OGSIEC has further reassured every electorate, calling on all voters to exercise their franchise without fear, as their votes will count.
“Firstly, I want to thank the Almighty God. This is a thorough exercise, so I commend OGSIEC for this screening exercise.
“As a former vice chairman, I have the experience, and the know-how. I know what the people of Ijebu ode wants. I know their yearnings, and what they need.
“I promise that we will meet all their needs and we shall do well at the end of our tenure with the help of God and Prince Dapo Abiodun led administration”, he added
Hon. Dare Alebiosu was screened along with other 19 other APC candidates as part of the event leading to the council polls in November 16.
