ABEOKUTA— The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Ogun State Chapter has begun the sales of land for it’s proposed SWAN Housing Estate.
The Estate, situated at Kobape, a community in the outskirts of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital is going for N400,000 per plot.
In a statement credited to the Secretary of the Association, Comrade Michael-Azeez Ogunsiji, the SWAN ESTATE is expected to be commissioned on December 15, 2020 as part of activities marking the Association’s Week.
Ogunsiji further stated that interested buyers are enjoined to pay up their outright payment of N400, 000 on/or before the commissioning date or pay on installmental basis for six months with zero interest.
“The SWAN Estate is open for non-sports writers, journalists and members of the public.
