ABEOKUTA — The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ogun State Council has joined the rest of the world to celebrate a quintessential and cerebral business mogul and philanthropist, Alhaji Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun, Chairman IBD Implex Limited and IBD Hotels as he marks his birthday on Friday.
This was contained in a press statement made available to The News Ville on Friday, signed by the Union’s Chairman, Comrade Wale Olanrewaju and Secretary, Comrade Bunmi Adigun.
IBD, as he is fondly called, has always been in a different class – a class distinguished by examples of personal discipline, generosity, compassion, hard work and unbendable principles.
Ibrahim Dende Egungbohun’s signature in the hospitality business is second to none and he has his other businesses moving at a fast pace which have given him a special name among his business friends.
“Alhaji Egungbohun has touched lives for good, change people’s fortune for the better and made some exploits to carve a niche for himself and this is why you see everyone around him many who he has helped one way of the other.
“The Yewa man who is solely instrumental to the ongoing remodeling and upgrading of structures at the Iwe Iroyin House Abeokuta of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State Council Secretariat has been a media friendly businessman with a strong determination and unwavering readiness to contribute to the upliftment of the profession.
