ABEOKUTA– The Olu of Imasayi-Yewa, HRM Oba Lukman Adeleke Kuoye has advised the youths in Ogun West senatorial district of Ogun state to diversify their earnings from the transborder business.
Oba Kuoye stated this while admonishing participants at the maiden edition of the Yewa Youths Leadership Conference held at Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro
The monarch who used his life as an example, stated that the youth must also prioritize education, adding that they should jettisoned all unworthy associations.
“I want to use this opportunity to advise our youths to diversify the proceeds from their transborder business and also see education as top priority.
“I sponsored myself to SACOED, now Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo to PhD level that I am still running at LASU now”, he added
The programme which commenced on 13th September, will end on the 15th September, 2023 and it’s expected to generate communique for development of the youth in Ogun west
