ABEOKUTA– The Ogun State chapter of Tinubu Legacy Forum (TLF) kickstarts Free Kampala and Adire training for secondary schools today 31st of May,2023 at Lantoro high school in the state Capital. Lantoro high school as been picked for a pilot study as the program is officially scheduled to commence tommorow.
TLF, a non-governmental organization , made up of volunteers and has its hands in every region of the nation and diaspora focuses on discovering, empowering talents, fostering national development through programmes for skill development, health promotion, subsidised education for underprivileged students, farmers empowerment, care for the aged and widow e.t.c.
The BOT Chairman, Alh. Ganiyu Hakeem Adesina while making this known added that the training which is slated for June to December 2023 will have not less than fifty SS1 to SS3 student from each shortlisted schools.
Adesina while reaffirming the organization’s commitment to empowering young people, widows, orphans, and other vulnerable members of society, urged the shortlisted government approved secondary school in the state to cooperate with our training team.
Meanwhile, the state’s coordinator of the forum, Akinbode Olusola encouraged shortlisted schools in the state to take advantage of the training as it will help young people become educated, creative, and fully engaged in citizenship for a great society. The state Coordinator further congratulated the shortlisted schools and assure others who could not make up the list of better consideration in thier forthcoming empowerment programs.
