Men of the Edo State Police Command, Nigeria have declared an eight – man syndicate wanted for alleged robbery and kidnapping.
The suspects are Obina Ediae, 24, Tosin Deyebami , 30, Hikay Sunday, 22, Dele Ayobami, 23, Osahinmwian Adams Efosa 17, Monday Emmanuel, 21 and Oniya Esosa, 20.
According to the Criminal Diary signed by Inspector Nathaniel Elahor, the suspects allegedly perpetrated the evil acts at upper mission road, Benin, Edo state.
Elahor revealed that the suspects engaged in a gun duel with the police and subsequently vacated their apartment at the above address, according to their neighbors account.
He revealed that the suspects took to their heels after the robbery and kidnapping operation with some of the members escaping with bullets wounds.
Elahor stated that the case has been incidented for investigation, urging the general public to report any information that could lead to their arrest as well as prosecution.
