Call Your Men To Order, Ogun Community Tells Ag. Inspector General Of Police

ABEOKUTA– The Oso Abe Olaba Community of Mowe, in Ogun state have called on the acting inspector general of the police, Usman Alkali Baba to call his personnel, particularly the armed mobile police force from being used as the instrument of harassment of innocent citizens.

This is part of the community’s resolution at the end of a crucial meeting of over 10 estates coming ok the heels of the illegal invasion of the community by land grabbers using armed mobile police with the intention of forcefully taking over the community.

The community noted that the regular wrong use of the mobile police personnel in the criminal activities is on the rise, adding that earlier the community had petitioned the security adviser to the Ogun State governor informing him that the name of his excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun was mentioned as the owner of their land.

The Communiqué was signed by all the 10 chairmen of the estates in the community.
