ABEOKUTA– As part of the welfare incentives for its members, the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Ogun State Chapter is set to establish housing estate.
This development was contained in a press release issued by the association’s Secretary, Michael-Azeez Ogunsiji.
According to the Secretary, the housing estate is to ensure members of the association becomes property owners while in active service.
Ogunsiji further states that the association is in partnership with a foremost property investment company in Nigeria, Sweet Estate Ltd, to provide affordable parcels of land to members on installment payment.
He therefore states that the flag off of the SWAN Estate will take place in December, 2020, adding that members are implored to avail themselves of the opportunity
