The officers and men of So-Safe Corps ijofin Division has arrested a 27 year old man, Hunwi Nutayi who was alleged of having carnal knowledge with a 25 year old lady
The criminal act was reported to have taken place in the bush while the victim was out to get some items in Sekeme / Setoko Area of Ijofin located in Ipokia local Government
According to a press release issued by the Corps Director of Information and Public Relations, ACC Moruf Yusuf which stated that the suspected rapist who confessed to the crime during interrogation resides in Huda compound, Idome Area, Idosemo, Ipokia Local Government, Ogun State.
Moruf further said that the suspect and the victim have been handed over to The Nigeria Police Force, Ipokia Divisional Headquarters for further investigation and likely prosecution
