The Lagos Chapter of the Cross River State University Of Technology (CRUTECH) alumni association has suspended five of its members for gross misconduct and instigating crisis in the chapter.
In a statement release by the alumni’s Chairman, Comrd. John Otu said the suspended members have demonstrated a desperate attitude by trying to hijack the leadership platform of the Lagos Chapter for their selfish motives.
Suspended by the release includes Eyam Abeng, Anastasia Edor, Walter Nandi Esom. Others equally suspended are Araye Jerry and Matthew Obeten.
Their suspension takes immediate effect and have been ratified by the Congress in accordance with the constitution setting up the alumni, Comrd. John Otu said in the release.
“They are hereby banned from participating and relating with the chapter at any capacity indefinitely”
“The National Alumni Association, and general public, are hereby advised to Dissociate from according them Rights and Privileges of Active Chapter members henceforth” the statement concludes
